Loving Life!

I love how my life is somewhat ordinary, but at the same time it is so extraordinary.  It's really the simple things in life that make it so great.  I just wanted to share a few of the simple things in life that I love:
  • Toby hugs.
  • Hearing Kylie say "sorry" :)  It sounds so cute and country when she says it.
  • Talking to my Momma on the way to work everyday.
  • Taking time to listen to my patients' stories, and really showing them that I care.
  • Cooking with Kylie.
  • Carnation Instant Breakfast.
  • Memorizing Bible verses while I'm stuck in traffic :)
  • Putting pictures on Facebook - I think most of you know that I love doing that.  Haha.
  • Hearing my Daddy call me "Paige Marie Henry"
  • Talking with my Paw-Paw about the good 'ol days.
  • Playing the piano and jamming out with friends is always a plus.
  • Watching Kylie dance/gallop in place.  It's adorable.
  • Running to the front door with Kylie to surprise Toby when he gets home from work.
  • Calls from old friends.
  • Still being called "Lovey" by not only my momma, but everyone I went to high school with.
  • Hanging out with the youth kids :-D
  • Ranch and Bacon Pasta Salad
  • Seeing the bottom of the laundry basket.
  • Toby's phone call every night when he's on his way home.
  • The extremely huge hug that I always get from Kylie when I get home (no matter how long I've been gone) :)
  • Eating lunch with my cousin Robbie.
  • Game/Poker night.
  • Feeding the cows.  I really do like doing that.  I always wanted a cow growing up, and I married a boy with a whole bunch of 'em!
  • Hearing Toby call me "Paigey"
  • Baking.
  • Still driving my little white cavalier around even though it was my first car and now has no A/C or radio.  It has been good to me.  Still getting me from point A to point B!
  • Helping twirl Kylie while she listens to her favorite Disney songs (thanks Mica for the awesome Disney CD!)
  • Hanging out with my family.  
  • Nachos.
  • Camping.
  • Running my fingers through Toby's curly hair (when he actually grows it out...I love it!)
  • Doing laundry with Kylie - she stands in front of the dryer and waits for me to hand her the wet clothes from the washer so she can throw them in.  
  • Going home.
  • The Bullock family reunion.  I just love the family I married into.
  • Making Toby Nesquick every night of my life ... he's so spoiled.
  • Watching Kylie cock her head to the side and say "Please" ... how can you resist that??
  • Bananas.
  • Wearing Toby's t-shirts.
  • Kylie's giggle.
  • Playing outside.
  • Naps.
  • Macaroni and Cheese
  • Learning more and more about God.
  • A clean kitchen.
  • Seeing a patient progress quicker than expected.
  • Watching Toby tear up on Finding Nemo when the pelican tells Nemo all that his dad has done to find him - it's so sweet.  And, no lie ... it gets him everytime.
  • Getting the mail.
  • Taking pictures.
  • Marking things off my to-do list.
  • Taco Bell - even if they only use 35% beef.
  • Disney movies.
  • My life.
There are so many more things I could list.  I feel very blessed to have been given such a wonderful life. I can't wait to see how God uses us throughout the rest of it.

Weird how time slips away, isn't it?  Suddenly you turn around and it's eleven years later.  Things never stay the same.  That's something my Daddy has always told me.  I never really understood that until one Wednesday afternoon when I was in 9th grade.   Pardon me if this post is choppy, but it's something that I can't recall without reliving it.  I am already crying. Sunny Day! Sweeping the Clouds Away!

With the snow melting and the sun shining bright, I am reminiscing on a couple of Saturday's past.  Two weeks ago we were celebrating the random mid-70 degree weather by heading to Petit Jean Mountain.  It was a pretty spectacular little trip. We left later than expected, so I chose to drive since I drive a little faster than Toby ;).  Kylie was busting with excitement because I told her about the awesome waterfall that she'd get to see for the first time.  She couldn't wait to get there! We got off on the Morrilton exit and I started to turn to the right.  Toby insisted that we turn left, but I was almost positive that Petit Jean was to the right.  After all, I had done a Home Health clinical just a few months before.  We had driven all over this area - surely I knew where I was going.  So, I talked him into turning to the right.  We drove, and we drove.  We drove for almost 25 minutes.  I kept saying - "Oh, there it is! ...

Has it really been almost 4 months?!

I honestly can't believe how time has flown by.  So many things have happened since I last posted! Kylie has turned 3 and now has a sweet baby sister who is 8 weeks old already.  And, let me tell you - Gracie is such a happy child.  I love her sweet smile in the mornings when I sing to her.  It melts my heart!   "I'm TEE!" My beautiful little Gracie.      Having fun with GranJan at her birthday party!  My sweet best friends, Casey and Shelly! My little artist.  She LOVES painting! Sweet little face. My very first nephew, Joseph Ryan Bullock, finally made his appearance 17 days late at 7 pounds and 11 ounces.  May 9th couldn't have come quick enough for sweet Ann Claire and Josh.  Now, he's already 10 days old.  Aren't they cute?! Ann Claire - you are beautiful and I'm so proud of you!! Kylie couldn't wait to meet her handsome cousin! Sweet little man...
