Just a few things I love about Kylie

1.  Hearing her sweet little voice say ... "Pay me.  Pay me."  Meaning, play with me. 2.  Anytime you go to the bathroom, she has to clarify for you asking, "You pee-pee? doo-doo?" 3.  At night, she asks me to sing "My girl" to her.  I started singing this to her a few weeks ago.  She now chimes in singing - "cold outside ... month May ... My girl ... birds in trees."  She loves to ad lib.  I love it.  4.  She HATES getting her hair washed.  She has since day one.  I for some reason get a crack out of it because she screams every time.  Never fails.  Haha.   5.  She still persists to call yogurt, "Hummy".  When she was younger, I would ask her if she's hungry and then give her yogurt when she said yes.  So, naturally she calls yogurt "Hummy" meaning hungry.  Haha.  My bad.   6.   Watching her try to blow her nose.  She just doesn't grasp the concept that you have to cl...

Most of you know that I have a knack for getting myself into awkward situations or random difficulties that may or may not have been avoided.  And, for those of you who didn't - you have learned something new about me today.  Since I'm not one to disappoint ... let me recount a recent "Oh crap, is this really happening?" moment that I happened upon during this clinical rotation. Typical day in the rehab.  Treating patients.  Loving seeing progress.  You know how it goes.  I love my chosen profession, so it was another start to a great day.  One of my new favorite patients requested to go to the Chapel to visit since he hadn't been there before.  Now, let me tell you - this is no ordinary hospital Chapel.  This is the epitome of hospital Chapels.  It is beautifully huge!  Paintings, murals, marble walls and floors, and it's bigger than my home church back in Humnoke - all within the hospital.  So, when my patient requested to ...
